Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities for the Energy Projects Development Team as the subject matter expert.
• Develop and standardise scheduling strategies based on project requirements.
• Manage and provide coaching to a team of direct and indirect reports.
• Present project schedules to senior management and provide assessments.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer requirements are balanced with project schedules.
• Build relationships with key supply chain partners for continuous improvement.
