Job summary

Whitehall Resources is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst for a client in the North-West. The role focuses on HR systems development and support across core SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Succession and Development.

You will work as the primary contact for HR/SF issues and design/configure solutions within SAP SuccessFactors, engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive continuous system

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on expertise configuring SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central.
• Experience with Recruiting, Compensation, Succession and Development, LMS or PMGM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for HR/SF issues and provide HR Systems development and support.
• Design and configure solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite in collaboration with stakeholders.

SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst | Employee Central

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in the North-West.

You will provide HR Systems Development and Support expertise for the business, with a focus across core SuccessFactors modules, including: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Succession and Development.

As the SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst you will be pivotal to the business, acting as primary point of contact for HR/SF issues, whilst designing and configuring solutions within the SAP suite of products, working closely with key stakeholders, understanding requirements and driving continuous system improvements.

North-West based England - Commutable from Manchester, Chester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Chorley, Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Warrington, Birkenhead

2 days per week on-site

Do you have?

• Strong functional experience within SAP SuccessFactors? Minimum of 3 years configuring SuccessFactors is ideal.
• Hands-on expertise configuring SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central?
• Wider knowledge of one or more of: Recruiting, Compensation, Succession and Development, LMS and/or PMGM? Advantageous
• Experience in both projects and support? Preferred
