Job summary

Next Ventures is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations. You will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments.
Proven track record delivering S/4HANA implementation, migration or global rollout programmes.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery lifecycle.
Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP programmes with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, etc.
