Job summary

Next Ventures, in partnership with a leading global organisation, is recruiting an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations. You will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

This role requires extensive SAP S/4HANA delivery experience, SAP Activate methodology, and a proven track record managing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global rollouts.
• Experience coordinating multi-country SAP programmes with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other business functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
