Yorkshire Water is hiring an IT SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP programmes across HR, SuccessFactors, Finance, and procurement. You will govern budgets, risks, and timelines, coordinating across senior stakeholders and partners to deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasises strong governance, benefits realisation, and the ability to drive SAP transformation initiatives within a large, customer‑facing utility. Hybrid working in Leeds supports flexible delivery.

Qualifications

Significant SAP project delivery experience in enterprise environments.
Experience across SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ECC6, S/4HANA or related platforms.
Proven budget, forecast and financial controls experience.
Strong governance, risk management and assurance experience.
Experience managing system integrators and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP projects and programmes across SAP HR, S/4HANA, Finance and related modules.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with governance.
Oversee vendor/partner management and third‑party suppliers.
Ensure integration across SAP modules and business processes.
Lead cutover planning, deployment activities and benefits realisation.
