Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking an SAP Business Analyst to join the IT SAP team and help transform SAP applications across Finance, HR, Procurement and Asset Maintenance. The role focuses on gathering requirements, process modeling, and delivering measurable business value.

You will work on AS-IS/TO-BE analyses, stakeholder engagement, and support UAT in a hybrid Bradford/Leeds setting, with a 37-hour week and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Business process background in HR, Finance, Procurement or Asset Maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP applications (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba etc) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA activities across change initiatives and deliver high-quality requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements including UI/data models.
• Elicit, validate, document and trace requirements; support UAT and test cycles.
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE models and perform gap analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive effective communication.
