Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA workstream within the wider programme. You will shape, plan and deliver complex SAP-enabled workstreams, coordinating with business leads, SAP teams, data, testing, change and external partners.

The role requires strong governance, planning and stakeholder management skills, with experience in Planview, Jira, Confluence and Office tools. This is a hybrid position based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in SAP ERP projects, including implementation, configuration/customisation, upgrades or transformation.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP and S/4HANA delivery environments, including integration and data dependencies.
• Experience delivering supply chain or operational change within SAP-enabled environments.
• Excellent governance, planning, RAID management and budget tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define, document and deliver an assigned S/4HANA workstream or project.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and budgets.
• Coordinate across SAP functional/technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and systems integrator delivery dependencies and escalation paths.
• Ensure reporting through Planview and programme governance routes.
• Apply governance and change controls to protect scope, cost and schedule.
