Job summary

Talent Partners is partnering with a global enterprise software organisation to recruit a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with deep configuration and troubleshooting experience across SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and UK Payroll.

You will provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM, with a particular focus on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs, schemas and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience in HCM/Payroll.
• Deep hands-on SAP UK Payroll expertise.
• Experience configuring PCRs, schemas and payroll settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM.
• Focus on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration and statutory requirements.

Talent Partners is partnering with a global enterprise software organisation to recruit a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with deep configuration and troubleshooting experience across SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and UK Payroll.

This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity for someone with deep hands-on SAP Payroll expertise who enjoys solving complex payroll issues and working directly with customers in highly configured SAP environments.

You will provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR / HCM, with a particular focus on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs, schemas and statutory requirements.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• 10+ years' SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP UK Payroll expertise.
• Deep knowledge of PCRs, schemas and payroll configuration.
• SAP Time Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, RTI and year-end requirements.
• Experience supporting complex SAP HCM / Payroll environments.
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.

Experience with UK Local Government Payroll, including LGPS, Teachers' Pension and Multiple Employment, would be highly advantageous.
