Job summary

Talent Partners is partnering with a global enterprise software organisation to recruit a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with deep configuration and troubleshooting experience across SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and UK Payroll.

This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity for someone with deep hands-on SAP Payroll expertise who enjoys solving complex payroll issues and working directly with customers in highly configured SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience in HCM/Payroll environments.
• Hands-on SAP UK Payroll expertise and configuration knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of PCRs, schemas and payroll configuration.
• Experience with SAP Time Management and UK payroll legislation (RTI, year-end).
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM.
• Focus on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs and schemas.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP HCM/Payroll issues and advise customers in highly configured environments.
