Job summary

Talent Partners Limited is partnering with a global enterprise software organisation to recruit a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with deep configuration and troubleshooting experience across SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and UK Payroll.

This permanent, fully remote role focuses on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs, schemas and statutory requirements, offering an opportunity to work directly with customers in highly configured SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience, with deep hands-on SAP UK Payroll expertise.
• Strong knowledge of PCRs, schemas and payroll configuration.
• Experience with UK payroll legislation, RTI and year-end requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM, with a focus on UK Payroll.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues in highly configured SAP environments.
• Engage with customers directly to implement and optimize UK Payroll configurations.
