Job summary

Talent Partners Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll specialist to join a global enterprise software environment in a fully remote role. You will deliver senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM, with emphasis on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs and schemas.

Candidates should have 10+ years SAP experience, deep UK Payroll expertise, and a strong track record in problem solving and customer facing roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience in HCM/Payroll
• Deep knowledge of UK Payroll, RTI, and year-end responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with PCRs, schemas and payroll configuration
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM, with focus on UK Payroll
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP UK Payroll components (schemas, PCRs, wage types)
• Collaborate with customers in highly configured SAP environments to resolve issues
