Job summary

Talent Partners is partnering with a global enterprise software organisation to recruit a hands-on SAP Payroll specialist with deep configuration and troubleshooting experience across SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and UK Payroll.

This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity for someone with deep hands-on SAP Payroll expertise who enjoys solving complex payroll issues and working directly with customers in highly configured SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience.
• Hands-on SAP UK Payroll expertise.
• Deep knowledge of PCRs, schemas and payroll configuration.
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting complex SAP HCM / Payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR / HCM, with a focus on UK Payroll and related modules.
• Assist customers with Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs and schemas, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Support RTI, year-end processing and UK payroll legislation requirements.
• Collaborate with clients in highly configured SAP environments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
