Job summary

Credera seeks a senior leader to guide the Technical Delivery Team in delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in the UK. You will mentor Technical Architects and Leads, shape onboarding and career progression, and drive standardisation of templates and reusable assets across multiple projects for major clients.

You will work with HR to support recruitment, maintain up-to-date Salesforce certifications, and collaborate with Sales to ensure feasible, well-scoped engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects for enterprise clients.
• Ability to oversee teams of 5+ delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of declarative and coded approaches on Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Technical Architects and Leads to ensure delivery aligned with best practices.
• Lead onboarding, career progression, and mentoring for Technical Delivery Team members.
• Support recruitment activities and ensure up-to-date Salesforce knowledge across the team.
• Drive improvements to technical templates and reuse assets across projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to scope feasible solutions and estimates.
