Job summary

Synechron is looking for an experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect to drive enterprise opportunities across the UK, collaborating with Sales Directors, Alliance teams and Delivery leaders to shape proposals from discovery to contract award.

You’ll demonstrate technical credibility, consulting expertise and commercial awareness, designing compelling Salesforce solutions that meet client outcomes while aligning with Synechron's broader AI, data, cloud and digital transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience delivering Salesforce solution architecture or pre-sales consulting.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise Salesforce sales opportunities from discovery through to contract award.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions across integration, data, security and architecture.
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services & Banking, Insurance, Energy & Utilities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Shape complex Salesforce consulting opportunities from discovery through to proposal.
• Design solution approaches aligning client business challenges with Salesforce capabilities.
• Lead solution workshops, discovery sessions and technical discussions with enterprise clients.
• Ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable, technically achievable and deliverable.
• Develop pursuit strategy, proposals, statements of work and client presentations.
• Act as the technical authority during Salesforce sales engagements.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery and alliance teams to develop integrated transformation solutions.
