twentyAI is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and assurance of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across its international business. Based in London, you will own solution design from discovery through implementation and transition into ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce knowledge with proven enterprise-level design experience.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics.
• Expertise in Salesforce Flow and Apex.
• Senior technical or strategic role within a complex systems environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
• Strong data modelling, technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Salesforce solution design from discovery to implementation and handover.
• Design enterprise-level solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and Introhive.
• Define business requirements, processes and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Evaluate solution options, communicating benefits, costs and risks.
• Promote standard Salesforce capabilities and manage controlled customisation.
• Create and maintain solution designs, data models and technical specs.
• Provide trusted technical and strategic advice to stakeholders at all levels.
• Guide implementation partners and assure quality of new features and platform changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce services.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, technology strategy and security requirements.
