Job summary

La Fosse in Greater Manchester is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to own design and delivery within a fast-paced B2B environment.

You'll lead architecture across Salesforce clouds, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and shape the platform with scalable, value-driven solutions. This is a permanent, hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar senior Salesforce technical role.
• Track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions from end to end.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and contributing to technical delivery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An agile mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value at pace.

Responsibilities

Are you a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect who enjoys building solutions, solving problems and seeing projects through from concept to delivery?

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to take ownership of solution design and delivery within a growing, fast-paced B2B business.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a developing Salesforce platform, working closely with senior leadership, commercial stakeholders and developers to deliver practical solutions that make a measurable difference.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence technical direction and get directly involved in implementation. Rather than working within a large, layered architecture function, you’ll be a key technical voice in a small, agile team where ideas can move quickly from concept to reality.

The role

You’ll lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across a diverse product portfolio, helping the business develop new capabilities while improving and standardising existing processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning Salesforce solution architecture and translating business requirements into effective technical designs.

You’ll ideally have:
