La Fosse Associates Limited is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across a growing B2B environment. You will work with senior leadership, commercial stakeholders and developers to drive practical, measurable improvements.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar senior Salesforce technical role.
• Track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions from end to end.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• You’ll be able to work independently, take ownership and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and contributing to technical delivery.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An agile mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value quickly.

Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Greater Manchester
Working pattern: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office

Are you a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect who enjoys building solutions, solving problems and seeing projects through from concept to delivery?

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to take ownership of solution design and delivery within a growing, fast-paced B2B business.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a developing Salesforce platform, working closely with senior leadership, commercial stakeholders and developers to deliver practical solutions that make a measurable difference.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence technical direction and get directly involved in implementation. Rather than working within a large, layered architecture function, you’ll be a key technical voice in a small, agile team where ideas can move quickly from concept to reality.

The role

You’ll lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across a diverse product portfolio, helping the business develop new capabilities while improving and standardising existing processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning Salesforce solution architecture and translating business requirements into effective technical designs.
• Taking solutions from initial discovery and design through to implementation and delivery.
• Working closely with developers, business users and commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise improvements.
• Getting hands‑on with Salesforce configuration, technical problem‑solving and development where appropriate.
• Developing scalable, reusable solutions that support multiple products and business functions.
• Contributing to new product capabilities, particularly across payments, telecommunications and utilities.
• Supporting Salesforce platform improvements, integrations, sales processes, customer service workflows and case management.
• Delivering changes incrementally, focusing on tangible business value and continuous improvement.
• Balancing competing priorities while maintaining a consistent and maintainable architectural approach.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar senior Salesforce technical role.
• A track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions from end to end.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration and platform capabilities.
• Experience working with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and contributing to technical delivery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An agile mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deliver value at pace.

Experience in one or more of the following would be particularly valuable:

• Telecommunications, broadband, utilities, water or payments.
• Salesforce Industries.
• Salesforce integrations, including voice or contact‑centre solutions.
• B2B businesses serving small and medium‑sized businesses or micro‑business customers.
• Building common processes and reusable capabilities across multiple products.
