Job summary

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce solution architecture and translate business requirements into designs.
Lead design and delivery from discovery to implementation.
Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to prioritise improvements.
Hands-on Salesforce configuration and problem-solving.
Develop scalable, reusable solutions for multiple products.
Contribute to product capabilities across payments, telecoms and utilities.
Support platform improvements, integrations, workflows and case management.
Deliver changes incrementally with focus on business value.
