Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a Lead Salesforce Product Owner for a senior, hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing business. You will own Salesforce end-to-end, shaping strategy, roadmap, backlog, releases and technical debt across Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders, manage external partners, and balance 70% ownership with 30% hands-on configuration and development using declarative

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning Salesforce products and roadmaps in a business-critical environment.
• End-to-end platform ownership, including BAU, support, releases and technical debt.
• Strong declarative skills and working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC and APIs.
• Experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Line management experience and experience managing consultancies or delivery partners.
• Commercial, delivery-focused approach with interest in AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce end-to-end strategy, roadmap and release management.
• Manage backlog, BAU support and technical debt across Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor relationships; collaborate with senior leadership.
• Balance ownership with hands-on declarative configuration and light Apex/LWC work.
