Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead our Salesforce instance across Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenue Cloud. You will work closely with the C-Suite and senior stakeholders to define the strategy and drive the roadmap, ensuring Salesforce aligns with business processes and objectives.

You will inherit a team of Salesforce professionals, including administrators and developers, and will manage priorities, mentor the team, and oversee multi-cloud deployments using

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Salesforce Product Owner/Manager roles.
• Experience owning a Salesforce roadmap and strategy.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
• Experience in a complex Salesforce Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce vision, roadmap and backlog aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed solutions for the technical team.
• Manage and lead the Salesforce professionals team, assigning work and ensuring best practices.

Steadman Brown are working with a Salesforce customer, looking to bring in a Salesforce Product Owner to lead their Salesforce Instance. This company have over 500 users, across a wide tech stack including Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenue Cloud.As the Salesforce Product Owner, you'll work closely with the C Suite, and Snr Stakeholders to define the strategy and drive the roadmap of Salesforce, and how it can improve the business processes. You'll also inherit an experienced team of Salesforce Professionals, including 2 Administrators and Developers.
