Job summary

Fora is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to own Salesforce and connected platforms, shaping strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will lead internal Salesforce specialists, manage external partners, and remain hands-on with configuration and delivery, balancing 70% product ownership with 30% technical delivery. This hybrid role requires office presence and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Five+ years owning Salesforce products in a business-critical environment.
• Proven Product Owner/Manager experience.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence executives.
• Line management experience coaching teams.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration including Flow, reports, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and its connected platforms.
• Build trusted relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Technology.
• Lead Agile planning, backlog refinement, delivery reviews and retrospectives.
• Oversee delivery from discovery through to release and manage scope, risks and capacity.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce and integrations.
