Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a senior Salesforce leader to own the strategy, architecture and continuous improvement of a large-scale customer platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role combines hands-on architectural leadership with responsibility for a team of Salesforce specialists.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise Salesforce platforms, drive platform strategy, and govern complex integrations while partnering with senior stakeholders in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce platforms and teams.
• Strong architecture design across Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue, Data).
• Proven track record of complex Salesforce integrations.
• Leadership of architects, developers, admins and consultants.
• Governance, roadmaps and platform strategy experience.
• Collaborates with senior stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Understanding of security, privacy, resilience and risk.
• Commercial experience managing vendors and budgets.
