Job summary

Wiley is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join its Marketing Technology & WebOps team to design, build, and optimize Salesforce-based marketing solutions powering Wiley’s global operations.

You will lead and mentor development teams, drive best practices, and ensure scalable, secure data flows across Pardot, SFMC, and SFAE while shaping the platform roadmap and delivering high-quality integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture with hands-on delivery.
• Deep expertise in Pardot (Account Engagement), SFMC, and SFAE with automation and integrations.
• Experience leading or managing development teams in an Agile environment and coordinating offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and hands-on development across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Architect and deliver integrations connecting Salesforce with CRM, CMS, analytics, CDPs, and data warehouses.
• Serve as technical authority for marketing technology decisions and standards.
• Guide offshore and onshore teams, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate marketing requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Own end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery to post-launch support.
• Ensure quality by upholding performance, security, and data integrity standards.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap with automation and innovation ideas.
