• HTML and CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy and support digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain email communications, customer journeys and automated programs.
• Create and manage a suite of standard email templates.
• Perform testing and QA prior to campaign launches.
• Support audience segmentation and data management.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign, audience and platform issues.
• Ensure data privacy and governance compliance.
