Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a marketing role.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical campaign solutions.
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and support digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain email communications, customer journeys, and automated marketing programs.
• Create and manage a suite of standard email templates.
• Perform technical testing and QA prior to campaign launches.
• Support audience segmentation, data management, and personalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into campaign solutions.
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain campaign documentation and governance compliance.
