Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on build experience with Pardot / Account Engagement and SFMC.
• Experience designing integrations with middleware/iPaaS platforms.
• Led or managed Agile development teams in delivery.
• Strong data architecture and Salesforce data flows understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and hands-on development across Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Architect and deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Serve as technical authority for marketing tech decisions.
• Guide offshore and onshore development teams with code reviews.
• Translate marketing requirements into technical designs and plans.
• Own end-to-end solution lifecycle from discovery to post-launch support.
• Ensure quality with standards for performance, security and data integrity.
• Contribute to platform roadmap for automation and innovation.
