Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Senior Analyst - Salesforce Field Service in Glasgow. You will be the Salesforce Field Service SME within our Salesforce Centre of Excellence, owning the design, optimisation and governance of Field Service solutions.

You will work with business leaders and end users to translate operational challenges into scalable, secure solutions that deliver measurable value. You will translate requirements into scalable Salesforce Field Service configurations, manage platform updates,

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing, configuring and governing Salesforce Field Service solutions.
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, secure Field Service implementations.
Certified Salesforce professional with hands-on experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions for Field Service challenges.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high‑performing Salesforce implementations.
Ensure designs align with Salesforce best practices and Aggreko standards.
Create documentation to support handover to development teams.
Review and test delivered solutions to meet business needs and quality.
Develop proofs of concept to validate ideas and gather feedback.
Manage Salesforce platform updates to maximise value and minimise risk.
Drive innovation across Field Service using data insights.
