Job summary

Experis Scotland is seeking two Engineering Leads to own the technical direction of a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform in Glasgow. You will combine architecture, development, integration and leadership to drive modernisation and scalable delivery within a complex financial services environment.

You will lead design, governance and CI/CD with Copado, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to shape platform roadmaps while advancing AI-enabled engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (LWC, Flows, Apex)
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
• Experience in large-scale, regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, governance and data models

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.
• Define and implement engineering standards, patterns and best practices.
• Deliver hands-on Salesforce development using LWC, Flows and Apex.
• Own Salesforce data modelling across households, person accounts and client lifecycle processes.
• Design and govern integrations with enterprise platforms using API-led and event-driven architectures.
• Drive CI/CD, release management and deployment best practices using Copado.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design leadership.
• Partner with product/business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and manage technical risk.
• Champion AI-native software delivery practices and agentic development approaches.
