Job summary

J.P. Morgan Personal Investing in London seeks an experienced Salesforce Engineer to help shape platforms for Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations.

You will develop standalone Salesforce products and integrate JPM Personal Investing services to enhance customer experience for clients and colleagues. The team focuses on building scalable solutions, using out-of-the-box services, and leveraging AI-assisted development within a robust SDLC.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce developer with Platform Developer 1 or higher.
• Experience with Force.com and Async Apex.
• Proficient in SOQL/SOSL/DML and REST integrations.
• Experience in Agile environments and test methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Develop services for referrals, promo systems, automation/alerts, and email services.
• Build and customize Salesforce pages and integrations across Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality code.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and secure coding practices.
