Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and complex integrations. You will work with product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs, while ensuring security and best practices.

The role requires collaboration with architects, administrators and stakeholders, and occasional out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II.
Familiar with declarative tools: Validation Rules, Process Builder, Flows.
Proficient with Apex, Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal/third-party systems.
Financial Services experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication, and time management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow and APIs.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Translate business requirements into technical designs with focus on usability and maintainability.
Apply Salesforce security best practices including sharing, permissions and LWC security.
Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.
Improve deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with architects, admins and product owners.
Adhere to Information Security Policies.
