Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our London-based technology team. You will design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow and platform APIs, and collaborate with product owners on complex integrations.

You will ensure security, scalability and maintainability of deployments, mentor engineers, and work across time zones as needed. A background in Financial Services is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce experience in a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow and platform APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methods and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow and platform APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, balancing usability and security.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with architects, admins and product owners.
• Improve deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring.
