Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I / II.
• Familiar with Salesforce declarative tools (Validation Rules, Process Builders, Flows).
• Proficient in Apex, Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal or third-party systems.
• Experience in Financial Services domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, balancing usability and platform limits.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices including sharing, permissions, and LWC security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.
• Improve deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with architects, administrators and product owners.
• Adhere to Information Security Policies.
• Completing other duties as directed.

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is a UK-based partnership, wholly owned by the private banking group LGT, which is in turn owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
• Work with product team to translate business requirements into technical designs, balancing usability, maintainability and platform limits.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices, including sharing, permissions and Lightning Web Security.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and identify their root causes.
• Improve deployment pipelines, release practices and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to all Information Security Policies
• Completing other duties as directed
• The nature of the role requires some work outside of normal business hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  

Your profile

Key Skills and Competency Requirements:

• Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II)
• Familiar with the declarative development tools of Salesforce, such as Validation Rules, Process Builders and Flows
• Familiar with the coding development tools of Salesforce, such as Apex, Aura and LWC
• Experience of working with Salesforce Integrations – including Salesforce’s own tool set and working with other platforms and their developers in enabling integrations to Salesforce
• Financial Services Experience
• Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication, and time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, ideally in Financial Services
• Experience using JIRA
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD and Test Automation
