Focus on SAP is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Technical Architect for a major enterprise customer service transformation. This senior role combines hands-on Salesforce expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, trunk-based development and robust release governance to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years overall IT experience, 6+ years hands-on Salesforce
- Expert-level Service Cloud architecture and implementation
- Strong agentforce expertise and service workflows
- Strong data modelling and enterprise integration knowledge
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
- Define target-state architecture including integration, security, data and environments
- Lead implementation across Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Digital Engagement, AI
- Define DevOps strategy across Azure DevOps, Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD
- Establish Trunk-Based Development, PR governance, quality gates, versioning and rollback
- Govern deployment tooling including Copado, Gearset or equivalent Salesforce DevOps platforms
- Mentor technical leads and developers; ensure release readiness and production deployment
