Job summary

Computacenter seeks a Solution Architect with deep Salesforce expertise to design end-to-end solutions across Salesforce and enterprise platforms. You will lead initiatives spanning Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys and Azure, balancing business outcomes with security, resilience and cost.

You will translate business needs into coherent architectures, govern delivery, and ensure reuse over unnecessary customization while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams

Qualifications

• Substantial Salesforce solution architecture experience across security, data, automation and integration.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
• End-to-end solutions design across enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and trade-offs.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements and govern design and delivery.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Architecture
• Lead solution architecture for Salesforce initiatives with end-to-end accountability
• Translate business outcomes into coherent architectures across customer engagement, quoting, ordering, fulfilment, billing and service operations
• Assess options and allocate capabilities and data ownership across Salesforce and other platforms
• Shape Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud evolution within the wider landscape
• Define secure, scalable integrations and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams across SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys, Azure, data and security
• Produce architecture options, recommendations and govern delivery against designs
