Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Hybrid (1 day a week on site) - South London - £85,000

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a growing team. The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with business and technical partners to develop requirements, understand current processes, identify gaps, and define future solutions. The role involves producing functional design documents, working with technical teams, and documenting solution options.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and analyze business requirements to optimize processes
• Facilitate discovery workshops and develop requirements strategies
• Use Business Process models such as User Stories, Use Cases, and Requirement Analysis Models
• Create and demonstrate Salesforce prototypes
• Understand testing processes and artifacts, including test plans and cases
• Conduct feature demonstrations and user acceptance testing
• Support post-project go-live activities for adoption and change management
• Serve as the primary contact for business inquiries
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality
• Establish end-user best practices for system and data integrity

Technical Skills:

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and documentation
• Experience analyzing requirements, writing specifications, testing, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with data migration tools like Salesforce Data Loader
