Credera is seeking an experienced Salesforce architecture leader to guide Technical Architects and Leads across multiple client engagements. You will drive best practices, oversee solution design, and mentor the Technical Delivery Team while working closely with Pre-Sales and Service Management to ensure smooth transitions.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to Technical Architects and Technical Leads to enable them to provide leadership and ensure their team meet best practices
Contribute towards continuous improvements of the roles and responsibilities within the Technical Delivery Team
Define training needs for Technical Delivery Team members
Review/approve proposed solutions from the Technical Architects and Technical Leads
Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales to ensure achievable solutions and estimates
