Job summary

Credera in London is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to work with clients to define and design solutions that meet their Statement of Work. You will report to the Project/Delivery Lead and drive delivery across Waterfall and Agile projects.

Key activities include leading workshops, owning high-level design, refining user stories, and guiding deployments via Salesforce CLI while ensuring up-to-date Salesforce certifications and reusable design patterns.

Qualifications

• Requirements Lead Operational Team in both Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Facilitate and lead discussions in workshops.
• Own and contribute to the High Level Design for a Project.
• Own, contribute to and refine the user stories in a project.
• Plan and execute a Data Migration as part of Project Delivery.
• Proven experience deploying via the Salesforce CLI.
• Guide deployment processes according to company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date Salesforce releases and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams on delivery projects across methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Create and maintain high-level design artifacts.
• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate data migration activities within projects.
• Execute and supervise Salesforce deployments via CLI.
• Ensure alignment with internal deployment standards.
• Mentor team members and share reusable design patterns.
