Job summary

Credera is seeking a Technical Lead to work with clients to define and design Salesforce-based solutions aligned with their Statement of Work.

You will lead teams in both Waterfall and Agile environments, drive design discussions, own user stories, and oversee data migrations and deployments while keeping Salesforce certifications current.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apex, LWC and Salesforce platform releases.
• Proven ability to lead design discussions and workshops.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams in Waterfall and Agile projects for clients.
• Facilitate and lead workshops and design sessions.
• Own high level design and refine user stories in projects.
• Plan and execute data migration as part of delivery.
• Plan and execute deployment processes per standards.
• Ensure Salesforce certs are up-to-date and current.
• Identify reusable assets and promote them in projects.
• Mentor and support all project team members.

Reporting to their assigned Project/Delivery Lead, the Technical Lead will primarily be responsible for working with clients to define, design a solution that meets the criteria outlined in their Statement of Work.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational team in both Waterfall and Agile based projects for clients.
• Facilitate and lead discussions in workshops.
• Own and contribute to the high level design for a project.
• Own, contribute to, and refine user stories in a project.
• Plan and execute a data migration as part of project delivery.
• Plan and execute a deployment process based on company standards as part of project delivery.
• Ensure certifications and up‑to‑date knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained.
• Identify reusable assets (design patterns, principles, technical components) and ensure these are actioned.
• Support and provide mentorship to all members of the project team.
