Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding CRM strategy.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution.
• Lead multi-cloud Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
