Job summary

Valtech is hiring a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide architecture and delivery across the SF Core workstream for luxury clienteling and boutique retail data models. You will shape platform strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure robust, scalable CRM solutions across continents.

Bring 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, strong Apex/LWC skills, and proficiency with CI/CD and automated testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development and architecture experience (Sales Cloud).
• Experience in scaling core Sales Cloud data model for multi-region retail/clienteling use cases.
• Expert-level Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep knowledge of declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Permission Sets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy across features and workstreams.
• Define multi-quarter architecture roadmaps with System/Enterprise Architects.
• Veto fast-fixes that risk platform health and security.
• Lead CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews across the squad.
• Mentor Developers/Tech Leads toward technical excellence.
