83zero Ltd seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will collaborate with architects, analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical implementations, using the latest Salesforce technologies including AI-driven capabilities.

Lead technical implementations, drive best practices, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce development and architecture background.
Enterprise-scale Salesforce experience in highly regulated environments.
Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
Develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and related Salesforce technologies.
Implement customizations, workflows, security controls and automation to meet business requirements.
Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events for data flow between systems.
Develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers, and framework components.
Support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within Salesforce, leveraging AI capabilities to enhance UX.
Implement SOQL/SOSL and dynamic queries for data retrieval and performance.
Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain high code coverage; follow Salesforce best practices.
Participate in Salesforce DX, CI/CD workflows and deployment activities for smooth releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration and application issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead data migration, integration projects and third-party deployments ensuring data integrity and security.
