Job summary

Involved Solutions seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud. You will own technical delivery, including Agentforce AI and data integrations, working with architects and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Apex, LWC and REST/SOAP integrations, plus CI/CD support and drive for scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing/implementing Agentforce and/or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Salesforce admin, configuration, development skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data management, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and Salesforce Lightning.
• Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Implement Salesforce customisations, workflows, approvals, validation rules and automation.
• Design and develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers and framework components.
• Build solutions using SOQL, SOSL and dynamic queries.
• Implement asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Future Methods.
• Write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage.
• Support Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes across deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce application, integration and platform issues.
• Lead technical delivery across data migration, integrations, custom development and third-party apps.
