Job summary

PRIMA Partners Global is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect at Associate Director/Director grade to lead architecture across large Salesforce engagements. You will drive architectural decisions, lead workshops, and mentor teams, shaping our client solutions and strategic direction.

The role requires strong technical leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and experience in pre-sales, governance, and complex integration patterns within global organisations.

Qualifications

• Significant technical experience as a Technical Lead and Architect on Salesforce, with hands-on Apex/Visualforce/LWC.
• Deep architectural understanding with integration patterns: REST, SOAP, ETL, ESB.
• Security and privacy: SSO, user provisioning, OAuth, data encryption at rest.

Responsibilities

• Lead work stream as Salesforce Technical Architect on client engagements.
• Lead workshops to document client needs from a Salesforce architecture view.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure architectural integrity.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
