Job summary

Goodlord is hiring for a Salesforce-focused role in the UK, blending admin, automation and AI-driven improvements across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance. You will shape scalable system solutions while partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced scale-up.

You will optimise Salesforce and related systems, identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and drive measurable business value in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience.
Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally and thriving in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance.
Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions.
Drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performance.
