Job summary

Exposed Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator in the UK to provide day-to-day administration and technical support for a portfolio of clients. You will configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows and permissions, while resolving issues within SLAs and delivering small development requests.

The role requires strong Salesforce expertise and a certification, with the ability to work in the UK market and support multiple clients across the Salesforce stack.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce administration and support for a portfolio of customers.
• Experience with configuring objects, fields, flows, and permissions.
• Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience providing Salesforce administration and support.
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills, including objects, fields, flows, and permissions.
• Experience with OmniStudio / OmniScript configuration.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification.
• Must be free to work in the UK.
