Job summary

Exposed Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator in the UK to provide day-to-day administration and technical support for a portfolio of clients. You will configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows and permissions, while resolving issues within SLAs and delivering small development requests.

The role requires strong Salesforce expertise and a certification, with the ability to work in the UK market and support multiple clients across the Salesforce stack.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce administration and support for a portfolio of customers.
• Experience with configuring objects, fields, flows, and permissions.
• Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and technical support.
• Investigate and resolve support issues within SLAs.
• Manage support requests from initial investigation through implementation and resolution.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, permissions, and other platform functionality.
• Deliver small-scale Salesforce development and configuration requests.
