Job summary

carwow is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help us scale internal platforms across Sales, Customer Experience and Operations. You will lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, driving adoption and aligning platform outcomes with business needs.

This role requires owning configuration, integrations, reporting, and user enablement, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of Salesforce administrator experience with flows and declarative tools.
• Balance technical debt, speed, and clean design in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate across sales, operations and support in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agile environments using Asana.

Responsibilities

• Drive intake, analysis, and execution of Salesforce changes and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle of enhancements: scope, design, build, test and deploy.
• Own Sales Cloud/Service Cloud configuration, automation, and reporting.
• Manage integrations to ensure secure, reliable data flows.
• Lead training sessions and enablement for end users and stakeholders.
