Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, optimisation, and governance of our Salesforce platform. This role combines strategic architecture ownership with hands-on development responsibilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support EOS' sales, finance, operations, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Architect certification path or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, governor limits, and best practices.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and automation tools.
• Experience designing complex system integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware.
• Expertise in Salesforce data architecture, governance, migration, and quality management.
• Experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across clouds and functions.
• Security architecture knowledge including role hierarchies and permissions.
• Experience leading technical design sessions with stakeholders.
• DevOps, CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment frameworks.
• Relational databases and enterprise app architecture.
• Delivering complex Salesforce transformation or integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, and roadmap.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, automation, and custom apps.
• Lead all technical aspects including platform configuration, security, governance, and data architecture.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators to foster technical excellence.
• Oversee integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, and AppExchange products.
• Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce where required.
• Establish best practices for architecture, development, testing, deployment and security.
• Drive business process optimisation through Salesforce capabilities and automation.
• Lead data migration initiatives and master data management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Review designs and code to ensure adherence to standards.
