Job summary

83zero is seeking an experienced Head of Salesforce to own the Salesforce and broader commercial tech stack, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Order Management and Support. You will lead the strategy, governance, roadmap and day-to-day delivery, including CPQ, pricing, bundles and approvals.

You will manage a small internal team and a partner, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce processes while driving measurable value for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading Salesforce within a B2B environment, ideally SaaS or technology.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce knowledge across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Mandatory strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including pricing and approvals.
• Proven ability to define and own a Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce strategy, roadmap and operating model across the organisation.
• Define and prioritise Salesforce initiatives aligned to commercial objectives and growth.
• Act as senior Salesforce authority on design, governance and best practice.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce processes across lead management, opportunities, quoting and renewals.
• Establish governance around changes, data, security and access.
• Lead CPQ administration, pricing structures and discounting processes.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to support quote-to-cash workflows.
• Manage CPQ development delivered by external Salesforce partners.
• Lead, develop and mentor a small internal Salesforce team.
• Influence senior stakeholders and challenge solutions where needed.
