Job summary

Carwow Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to scale our internal Salesforce platform within the Business Innovation team. You will own end-to-end Salesforce initiatives supporting Sales, Customer Experience and Operations, translating requirements into scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates break down requirements, manage sprint delivery, and align platform vision with business goals. Experience with Flows and declarative tooling is essential; Asana experience is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce administrator experience with hands-on knowledge of Flows and declarative tools.
Experience balancing technical debt, speed, and clean design in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with stakeholders across sales, operations and support.
Experience in agile environments using tools like Asana.
Proactive, pragmatic and focused on outcomes, not just shipping code.
Strong understanding of process automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules) and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive intake, analysis, and execution of Salesforce change requests into scalable solutions.
Act as point of contact for complex platform issues with rapid root-cause resolution.
Lead full lifecycle of enhancements: scope, design, configure, test, deploy.
Own Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration including objects, workflows, permissions, and reports.
Manage technical debt and ensure long-term platform scalability.
Lead integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems to ensure reliable data flows.
Lead training sessions and create enablement materials to drive platform adoption.
Collaborate with admins, analysts, and developers to plan cross-functional features.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for business reporting.
Support UAT, bug resolution, and user onboarding for new capabilities.
Identify opportunities for automation using Flow and approval workflows.
